Cooking method

  • We take 1 sturgeon and salmon steak (you can use any other fish that is in your refrigerator. In extreme cases, you can also canned fish in your own juice). Cooking fish broth.
  • Meanwhile ... Sliced ​​onions and carrots are sauteed. Cut the cucumber into cubes, cut one potato into cubes, the other into circles.
  • First add the cucumber to the broth, after 10 minutes potatoes, after another 5 minutes - onions, carrots, capers, olives and olives. If there are no capers, olives and olives, you can add another pickled cucumber instead.
  • When serving, put a slice of lemon in a plate, sprinkle with herbs.
  • The thing is that some of you will want to eat this hodgepodge as a second dish and then he will receive all the ingredients of the soup with large pieces of potatoes and a small amount of broth.

This recipe contains 2 liters of broth, but if you wish, you can make it thicker or thinner ... as you like.
