Ingredients

Dough:
Ground nuts (almonds, hazelnuts) (I took almonds) 250 g
Eggs 4 things.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Sugar (brown) (took ordinary) 125 g
Vanilla sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Chocochips (rubbed half a tile on a coarse grater) 50 g
Butter for greasing the mold
Cream:
Cream (38-42% fat) 250 ml
Boiled condensed milk 1 can

Cooking method

  • Divide eggs into yolks and whites.
  • Beat the whites with half the sugar until a stable shiny foam (like meringue)
  • In a separate bowl, mix ground nuts, yolks, the remaining half of the sugar, baking powder until smooth. Gently add the whipped egg whites so that the mixture remains very fluffy, lastly add the chocolate chips or candied fruits.
  • Grease a baking dish with butter and lay out the dough.
  • Bake in the oven at 175 degrees C - 35 minutes
  • In the microwave at 600 W for 5-7 minutes using a silicone mold, then leave in the mold for another 10 minutes, and only then carefully put on a serving dish.
  • Bake in a slow cooker for 50 minutes.
  • Chill the pie and serve with whipped cream with sugar and compote cherries (any fruits and berries are perfect with this pie).
  • With ease, this cake turns into a birthday cake.
  • Cream:
