Ingredients

eggplant 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • I cut the eggplant into large circles, the pepper into large strips, the onion into large rings, the tomatoes in half across.
  • Sprinkled with salt, mixed, let stand for 30 minutes.
  • I poured 2 tbsp into a saucepan. l. butter, put eggplant down, onion on top, everything else.
  • Included FRYING / VEGETABLE mode, default, no pressure... She kept the lid closed, periodically opened it, gently stirred the vegetables.
  • Pepper, a little ground garlic, stir and bring until the liquid evaporates, when the vegetables begin to fry without moisture, fry until tender.
  • It took even less time than the default.
  • The result pleased me - it turned out tenderly, softly, did not fall apart, whole and tasty!
