Just pasta in the Brand 6050 pressure cooker

Just pasta in the Brand 6050 pressure cooker

Ingredients

Pasta 400gr
Water 300ml
Any oil taste

Cooking method

  • Pour pasta into the pressure cooker bowl. Pour in water so that the pasta is not completely covered with liquid. It has been experimentally found that pasta of different production takes a different amount of water. Sometimes you want to cover the pasta completely with water.
  • Add a little oil (sunflower, olive, butter - to taste).
  • Set the "Porridge / Steam cooking" mode for 3-5 minutes under pressure. The time depends on the amount of pasta and water, the more, the longer it takes.
  • The photo shows that the pasta is not boiled, did not stick together, did not lose its shape.
  • Bon Appetit!

I will definitely try to do this! My family - pasta - are very demanding on the quality of the finished dish. In MV and SV I did not dare to cook, so as not to be beaten at home.
But I will definitely try using your technology!

Ksyushenka, thanks for your experience in cooking pasta in SV! I urgently need pasta for lunch (give it to one of the little family members, and now!), And here such a recipe is laid out with all proportions, modes and time, I have already poured them into Brandik. What a great website we have, there is almost everything and for all occasions!

MelanyushkaDid one of the little family members like the macaroons?

I got 10 minutes for 500g of Federici pasta - well, very hard varieties)). in 5 minutes were not ready yet
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Yuri, quite possible. The main thing is that everything worked out.

I have been cooking Granmulino lately, so 2-3 minutes are enough for them, albeit with the subsequent draining of excess water (in a large amount of water, they are tastier).

after 5 minutes there was no water at all. poured in less than the level of pasta. I had to add hot and another 5 m.
There was no water again)

Well, if you do not cover the macaros completely. In short, you can cook pasta in a pressure cooker. Only each manufacturer needs its own approach!

Thanks for the idea!
I took ordinary tubes and poured them into the broth from under the meat ... 5 minutes and the garnish in the sauce is ready)))

I tried to cook, there was not enough water, I had to repeat the cooking, adding water and salt.

This time I prepared Italian spirals 300 gr. Exposed 5 minutes. Can be 1 min less.

Tamara, to your health!
About the time - I noticed that if the package says to cook for 12 minutes, then 5-6 minutes are enough in CB. If it is written to cook for 6-7 minutes, 3 minutes is enough in CW. That is, I reduce the time by half of the recommended time.

Ksyushechka, thanks for the recipe! I haven't cooked them so quickly yet! For half an hour to have time to cook cutlets, pasta, not a tricky cucumber salad, serve and eat !!! Yes, also wash the dishes ... My husband is full and happy, but I'm not just happy, I'm happy! Although I have not Brandik, but Shtebochka, it seems to me that they are very similar in functionality, and I use all the recommendations for cooking (so to speak) in Brandik. Everything turns out super! It's great that we have such assistants in the kitchen, that there is this site and hostesses who are ready to share their secrets and skills!

Now I cook pasta exclusively in a pressure cooker))

Anna, Julia, thanks for the feedback - for your kind words!
