Ingredients

dry yeast 1 1/2 tsp
flour, premium 225g
flour grade 2 100g
muesli 100g
salt 1 tsp
raisins 50g
butter 25g
water 250ml
honey (liquid) 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Muesli and dried fruit make this bread extremely healthy - a great breakfast bread, either freshly baked or toasted. Use muesli without salt and sugar.
  • 1. Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order shown in the instructions for the bread machine.
  • 2. Place the dish in the bread maker and set the program recommended for grain bread in the instructions. Turn on the bread maker.
  • 3. After baking, take out the finished loaf and brush with honey on top.

4 hours 30 minutes

Recipe taken from 🔗... I don't have second-grade flour (I am actively looking for it) - I replaced it with whole grain. As a lover of sweetening everything, I also add 1 tbsp to the dough. a spoonful of honey. When baking, I also added a little water to the bun, probably it all depends on the type of muesli. It is tasty to add not only raisins, but also chopped dried apricots. The loaf turns out to be small, rather dense, but tasty. Good for breakfast.

Yes, it is rather dense, here you definitely need more water than in the original recipe, and it depends on muesli, I tried it with different and different results. And thanks Admin for the link.
