Cooking method

  • Boil a piece of pork with the onion husk, adding it generously to the broth, plus, of course, onion, peppercorns, lavrushka and "legs" from dill and parsley (I also collect them from time to time: I peel the leaves for any tender food, and I put the tough stems in the broth and stew, then ruthlessly discard). Cook the meat until soft, remove from the broth, rub with salt and all kinds of spices (whatever you like), wrap it tightly in foil and send it to the refrigerator overnight.
