Ingredients

Potatoes 600g
Carrot 300g
Onion 1 large onion
Flour 1.5 st. spoons
vegetable oil
salt

Cooking method

  • Grind the vegetables on a fine grater, add flour, salt, mix well and fry in vegetable oil until a good golden brown crust.
  • I chopped all the vegetables in a blender.
  • Very nice potato pancakes turned out!
