Fish rolls stuffed with vegetables

Ingredients

fish fillets 4 pcs 150g each 600 g
Bell pepper red 1 PC
Bell pepper green 1 PC
Bulb onions 2 pcs
Carrot 1 PC
Lemon juice 1/2 lemon
Dry white wine 0.5 st
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Marinate the fish with a mixture of wine, lemon juice and salt, leave for 30 minutes. During this time, prepare the vegetable filling.
  • Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion in half rings, pepper into thin slices and fry everything in a pan with vegetable oil, bring to half-readiness, adding a little water. Season with salt and sugar.
  • Put the filling on the fish fillet, roll the fillet into rolls, place in the steam basket or on the wire rack.

I prepared the following sauce for fish rolls:


Fish rolls stuffed with vegetables

Wheat flour 1 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Fish broth 2 cups
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Fry flour with 1 tbsp. l oil, dilute with hot fish broth and cook over low heat for 7-8 minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from heat, add lemon juice, remaining oil and strain.
