Hello everyone!
I really want to buy HP, but I can't decide which one. I would like to get more functionality, jam, cake, but most importantly, good dark bread is baked. To buy the 255th Panasonic is expensive for me, in the 254th there is no "rye bread" program ... I've read about Moulinex that there are problems with raising the dough, getting a dark crust .. The baking speed does not matter, the priority is quality, and, opportunities to experiment. Advise your future baker, I will be very grateful. !!!

Yes, I've read your links, thank you, a lot of useful information. Moulinex is dumb to buy now, I see too many technical problems. Thinking about Panasonic 254 or Delonghi 125 now. The priority remains - baking gray bread with bran, with sourdough. Maybe the Panasonic 254 can handle baking such a bread as well as the 255, which has the function of "rye"

Jam, cupcake, dough these ovens can do so.
The possibility of programming grasps ... But, given the richness of the choice of basic programs, I do not yet know how much time and desire will be enough to "play" this function. What can I do, I can't wait any longer with the choice)))))

Kseopatra This one was not considered? Kenwood BM450 ahttps://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=8408.0 it is generally more difficult to bake with sourdough in HP https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=55.0
Automation sometimes has to be abandoned, especially if no yeast at all

They wrote that they are not yet in official deliveries, and I don't want to take the "gray" stove ...
But now I will download the instruction, thanks
That is, there are still problems with baking such bread in Panasonic 254?

Kseopatra There is no problem at all, you can bake on any HP, it's just aerobatics with sourdough. While we fly low over the dogs
Shl as I wrote quincehttps://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=8408.msg143440#new this is how you can and should do in any HP

I have a Panasonic 254, I bought a mixer for rye bread (400 rubles) and now I have a Panasonic 255! Because these HPs are twins, they even have one instruction for two. There is no Rye program, but if you compare the programs, you will see that you can bake rye on Panas254, which I am doing with success! I'm talking about Panasonic, I don't know about other HPs. And it's up to you, I made my choice and I'm happy! Good luck

I'm already with the stove, Kenwood 450 !!! The choice has been made and I am happy !! This is so, for the logical conclusion (or continuation?) Of this topic! I baked 3 loaves of bread (the first is egg, the second is white cheese, the third is "dark bread" - all from my recipe book for Kenwood). Everyone got up. And the firstborn is: 🔗
I also made pizza dough - excellent!

I am very pleased with the choice so far. I just want to make something rye with kefir or beer. Studying about leavens.
