Ingredients

thin pita 1 PC.
sour cream 100 g
ham 50 g
salt, spices taste
cheese 100 g
dill taste

Cooking method

  • Store-bought chips have tried everything, but for a change, you can easily and simply make your own homemade branded chips!
  • Mix the sour cream with the egg, add salt, dill, spices, grease the pita bread with the resulting mixture. On top, rub a little ham, cheese on a grater (or not rub it to taste)
  • Cut the pita bread into arbitrary pieces, transfer to a dry baking sheet and put in a hot oven to dry for 7-10 minutes at a temperature of 180 *.
  • It turns out that chips, which are just an excellent snack for beer!

Lavash is usually baked industrially using safmosent yeast, without adding flour improvers - I specially went to a mini-bakery, asked the Armenians. So, it turns out healthy food.

As an option: I grease the layer with a brush with olive oil, sprinkle it with your favorite herbs-spices, cut it into squares-rhombuses when with scissors, when with a knife, put a thin layer on a plate and in the microwave: 2 minutes on microwaves - open the door to release moisture, and another 2-3 minutes (maybe more - you need to try according to your own feelings) I turn it on.
