  • Mussels (if frozen - defrost) peel off barbs.
  • Crush whole garlic cloves (do not chop!) With the flat side of a knife.
  • Cut the onion into small cubes.
  • Measure out the rice, do not rinse!
  • Measure out wine and broth (insufficient amount of broth can be brought to the required amount with water).
  • Prepare spices, salt.
  • Put butter and olive oil in a bowl. Turn on frying at 120 ° C. Toss garlic and onion into melted butter.
