Ingredients

flour 150 g
water 125 ml
olive oil 1 tbsp
Parmesan 80 g
baking powder 1 tsp
parsley 1 bundle
green onions 0.5 bundle
garlic 2-3 cloves
pine nuts 20-30 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
  • 2. Finely chop the parsley and onion. Combine half of the parsley with the onion, passed through a press of garlic. Add a little olive oil and knead lightly in a mortar.
  • 3. Boil water with oil, pour into flour mixed with baking powder. Add cheese, remaining parsley and knead the dough for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Divide the dough into two parts, roll it out 0.5 cm thick. Spread the green mixture on top, sprinkle with nuts and place in an oven preheated to 210 degrees. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
