Bulgur with oriental couscous (Brand 37502)

Ingredients

Bulgur whole grain (brown) 1 \ 2m. Art.
Couscous 1 \ 2m. Art.
Hmeli-suneli 1h l.
Salt taste
Carrot 1 PC.
Boiling water 2m. Art.
Cured cherries, raisins a handful
Prunes, dried apricots 7 pcs.
Vegetable oil for frying
Parsley

Cooking method

  • Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, fry in vegetable oil on the Baking mode for 5 minutes.
  • Add suneli hops, chopped (except raisins and cherries) dried fruits, mix, salt.
  • Pour bulgur there, pour 1 st. boiling water. Close the lid and cook for 15 minutes.
  • After a lapse of time, add couscous, mix, pour 1 tbsp. boiling water, cover and leave for 5 minutes. Mix.
  • Garnish with parsley when serving.
  • Delicious!!

Note

Bulgur is made from durum wheat, cooked three times on steam, dried, peeled and crushed in coarse and fine grinding. These grits can be found thin or coarse and are also white, yellow or brown in color. Rich in iron, phosphorus, magnesium and B vitamins, prepare quickly by simple rehydration or boiling. You understand - this is a matter of taste. We had it as a side dish for a turkey. And you can put dried fruits as you wish.
