Ingredients

Cooking method

  • I washed and dried the meat. Stuffed with garlic. Rubbed on all sides with salt and a mixture of mayonnaise and adjika. I used two toothpicks to shape the medallion. Left to marinate in the cold. The meat stood in the refrigerator for 17-18 hours.
  • Lubricated the CB bowl with oil. Turned on the "Fry - Chicken" mode - 20 minutes. (It fries more gently than "Frying - Meat", I decided to experiment.) Fried the meat for 10 minutes on each side with the lid closed (pressure regulator in the "Normal pressure" position)

  • Then she poured water exactly 2 tbsp. l. and turned on the "Meat" mode - 30 minutes under pressure. There was a lot of time, 20 minutes would be enough.
  • The meat is soft. With a less pronounced crust than when grilling in the "Fry - Meat" mode.

Note

Greed again seized me and I felt sorry for the juice from the meat. I put pasta in it, about 200 g and topped up with water (180 ml - 1 m / s), while not completely covering the pasta. Not salted !! Mode "Porridge / Steam cooking" - 4 minutes.
After the signal, the pressure was released. I opened the lid and it seemed to me that the pasta was raw. But I tried, I realized that they were completely cooked and cooked as it should.
