Ingredients

For a biscuit:
Eggs 4 things
Sugar 120 g
Flour 120 g
Cream, interlayer and decoration:
Cream 33% 500 g
Jam (cranberry, lingonberry) or confiture
Peaches in syrup
Fresh raspberries
Cognac

Cooking method

  • We bake a classic biscuit: we beat the proteins to stable peaks, when they are stable, add sugar in small portions, beat further ...
