Spanish shrimp salad

Ingredients

Parboiled and Wild Rice Blend 100 g
boiled shrimp (small) 200 g
red bell pepper 1 PC
cherry 100 g
pitted olives 1 can
lemon 1 PC
olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
salt, pepper, basil taste

Cooking method

  • An easy-to-prepare salad will perfectly fit both a festive table and an everyday menu.
  • During the fast, you can also cook.
  • Cook rice until cooked (according to the instructions). Allow to cool.
  • Put ready-made shrimps and olives in a deep salad bowl.
  • Add rice here.
  • Cut the pepper into thin strips and add to the ingredients.
  • Prepare a dressing by mixing olive oil and 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice with grated zest 1/2 lemon. Pour the dressing over the salad, add cherry tomatoes cut into 4 parts. Mix everything.
  • Serve this salad on young lettuce leaves, sprinkle with basil or parsley.
