Cooking method

  • It is prepared very simply: sauté onion with carrots in vegetable oil in soot.
  • I fry. Salt, pepper.
  • I add basmati rice, fry a little again until it becomes transparent from fat (I don't take much fat).
  • I add a little turmeric for color, canned corn, and small red bell peppers.
  • Pour boiling water over, bring the taste to normal (salt and pepper).
  • Close the lid and bring it to readiness.
  • After turning off the gas, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and do not open the lid for 10 minutes.
