Ingredients

Zucchini 1 PC
Eggs 3 pcs
Ryazhenka (kefir) 1 glass
Flour 1.5 cups
Salt 1 st. l.
Processed cheese
Sour cream
Mayonnaise
Carrot 2 pcs.
Bulb onions 2 pcs

Cooking method

  • Three zucchini on a fine grater, squeeze the juice. Add eggs, fermented baked milk, flour, salt. Knead the dough, divide into 3 parts, in a greased form, bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. We get 3 cakes, cool.
  • Cream filling:
  • 1. Fry onions (chopped) and carrots (grated) until tender. butter + mayonnaise + sour cream.
  • 2. Processed cheese + mayonnaise + sour cream + garlic.
