Ingredients

Dough:
premium wheat flour 200 g
sparkling mineral water 150 ml
granulated sugar 1 tbsp. l.
dry yeast 1 tsp

sparkling mineral water 40 ml
salt 1 tsp
butter 20 g

Cooking method

  • We load all the ingredients for the dough into the bucket of the bread machine. We select the "Pelmeni" mode. After the end of the program, we leave the dough in the HP for 1.5 hours.
  • Add all the other ingredients + cheese (three on a fine grater) to the dough that came up, I had a Mazdam. Select the "Pelmeni" mode again and after its completion, leave the dough to rise for another 1.5 hours.
  • Put the dough on a lightly floured table. Divide into 10 parts, form round buns, put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and leave to proof for 15-20 minutes (during this time, future buns should double in volume).
  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. We put the baking sheet in the oven (at the highest level) and immediately lower the temperature to 220 degrees. After 5-7 minutes, lower the temperature to 180 degrees and bake until tender.
  • Put the finished buns on a wire rack and let cool.
