  • Today I cooked pasta with butter. In the fridge were leftover leeks, a small carrot, and boletus in the freezer. She fried all this wealth in vegetable oil, boiled the "feathers", and we got a full dinner.

Every time we come home from the forest with mushrooms, I have only one desire - to leave the kitchen to sleep, walk, wherever. By this time, mushrooms have ceased to interest me. But my husband sits down to peel the mushrooms and I have to bring the mushrooms to my mind.
But in winter, I always remember with gratitude the perseverance and hard work of my husband: it's so great to get peeled and boiled mushrooms out of the freezer. It literally takes minutes to prepare dinner
