Fried potatoes (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Potatoes (not very large) 5-6 pcs
Vegetable oil 2-3 st. l
Salt to taste
Garlic, herbs at will and taste

Cooking method

  • We do not cut the potatoes into small pieces. Pour oil into the cuckoo's bowl.
  • We put potatoes there, salt, pepper, add garlic and herbs.
  • Select the Oven mode 1 minute 3 level, at the end of the program, open the lid, shake the bowl ... as if stirring the potatoes, again select the Oven mode 1 minute 3 level. You and I should have three approaches in the Oven for 1 minute at level 3 ..
  • Very fast and delicious.

Note

Thus, Natasha Birch taught me how to fry potatoes with a cuckoo clab. For which my gratitude and a huge THANK YOU to her.
The potatoes are fried from all sides very quickly and without much hassle.

Olga, thanks. I am very grateful to Natasha for this method of frying potatoes. Daughter of Bon appetit and all the best.

I did everything as Tanyusya wrote.
Since I have a male brain and I do not believe that coarsely chopped potatoes can be cooked in THREE minutes, I did three sets of TWO minutes each.
As a result, the outside of the potato is very beautiful, but the inside is absolutely raw.
What am I doing wrong?
Help surprise your wife!

And your model is 1054?
Hello fellow countryman.

Hello fellow countrywoman!
Special thanks for the prompt response. Not expected.

My model, frankly, is a major Bork u700.
But this is a complete analogue of yours, as far as I understand.
Also induction, the same programs and also speaks.

I ended up doing four sets of 2 minutes each.
Fried fine.
Perhaps it's the size of the pieces?
What do you mean by "not small"? I cut the potato into 8 pieces.

More questions:
- Since opening the lid will reset the program and have to restart it, can this recipe be used with the lid open?

Nuuuu ... what he says is not an indicator of their similarity and similarity
In cuckoo 1054 I set 3 minutes, for example, as a result, it takes 10-12 minutes to prepare, so here one minute in reality, far not a single minute
Well, in the photo, you can see the size of the pieces, then you yourself judge how small or not.

THIS IS IT, Mikhalych !!!

And I was still scratching my head, how did you manage to set the program for 1 minute ?!
It turns out that we have really different devices.
Unfortunately, there are very few recipes specifically for Bork.
I have the shortest possible time on the Oven program, 10 minutes.
But, since I have already cooked and surprised and fed, I can say that in Bork it is necessary:
1. Select "Oven", 10 minutes, level 3,
2. Close the lid, start the program, wait three minutes.
3. Open the lid, remove the pan, shake it so that the potatoes turn over and mash, put in place and repeat steps 1 and 2.
4. In total, you need to complete 3 or 4 cycles. Depends on the amount of potatoes. After the third cycle, check the potatoes with a fork. If damp, perform another cycle.

It turns out really delicious.
Don't get carried away with salt. Easy to oversalt.

According to Bork Lisa Vei I have to ask around, she has Bork, but I don't remember which one
