Bulgur with dried fruits and pumpkin

Ingredients

bulgur 1 multi-glass
dried apricots 60 g
fresh apple 150 g
raisins 60 g
pumpkin 300 g
orange juice (freshly squeezed) 1 PC
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
salt taste
water 2 multi-glasses

Cooking method

  • Rinse the groats. Cut apricots and apple into strips, pumpkin into cubes. Wash and dry the raisins.
  • Put all prepared foods into the multicooker bowl, mix and pour in water.

  • The result is a fragrant, tasty, healthy lean bulgur porridge!

I really liked the bulgur porridge. This package is enough for two full-fledged cereals or side dishes.
