Fish in a cheese souffle

Ingredients

fillet of any white fish (I have tilapia) 500 g
eggs 3 pcs
cream -15-25% fat 100 -120 ml
cheese (I have Russian) 120-150 g
breadcrumbs
vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Defrost the fish, cut into portions, salt, pepper or sprinkle with seasoning for fish, roll in flour or bread crumbs
  • Fish in a cheese souffle
  • and fry in vegetable oil.

  • Beat eggs with a mixer with cream, salt (to taste) and, if desired, you can add a pinch of nutmeg, mix with grated cheese, and pour the fish with this mixture.
