Great recipe! For the speed of cooking, baking and eating, I do not know his equal. I saw the recipe and immediately ran to the kitchen. I made one portion, beat the dough with a whisk, and at the same time quite a bit. The eaters came, tried it, and had to immediately make a second portion. Even my daughter, who smells baking soda and baking powder a mile away, said that in this recipe it is not felt. I wanted to take a picture, but alas, there is nothing !!!!
Thank you ! : rose: I carry a plus!

Great recipe! Already cooked and eaten. More like a biscuit than a pancake. I recommend everyone to try it!

Oksan, baked, thanks. The kid liked it. At first I thought it would be similar to this recipe. Hotto Keeki
Omela
Tanyush, of course similar - milk, eggs, flour. And you whipped what? Maybe the flour is drier ??

Whipped with a blender whisk. The dough consistency was pleasant, with a slight bubbling, something between pancake dough and biscuit. Next time with Kenwood, beat it up with a big fluff. I really liked the recipe I will do it often. My son can't have a weekend without pancakes, pancakes, waffles.

Very tasty, tender and airy pancakes turned out! Thanks for the recipe!
Omela
benignity , eat to your health !! Glad you liked it!

And I didn’t work out so fat. Probably a fig baking powder, I bought a new one.
Omela
Luysia , it's a shame !!! Maybe she just poured little dough for 1 portion. I have the fattest - the last one .. I poured the rest. But the first ones are still airy - though not so thick.

And I am not experimenting with this matter !! Dr. Oetker only.

I went to the kitchen to try it, and something painfully reminded me of it. Yes, these are my pancakes, when thin ones do not work out. Now I will proudly declare that this is according to the Japanese recipe

Here's what I thought: with the advent of the Orioshi pancake, you can do it in it, right? and they will be absolutely even and pretty

They are not so lush in Orioshe, I checked
Aygul
yes, the dough is dense, but there is nowhere to rise in the pancake. Well, okay, they turn out great in the pan.
