For about 20 minutes it was all messed up. Then left to ferment - about an hour. I took out the dough, rolled it into a board about 5 mm thick. He smeared the surface with sunflower oil, sprinkled with granulated sugar and chopped prunes. I rolled it all into a roll and cut it into rolls 6-7 mm long. Put them vertically on a baking sheet, pre-greased with butter. He covered it with a damp towel and let it stand for about 30 minutes. While the buns were being arranged, he warmed up the oven, stirred the egg for greasing. After proving, he smeared the surface of the buns with an egg, sprinkled with sesame seeds and granulated sugar. And sent it to the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of about 200 degrees. What happened - look at the picture. After baking, you need to put the buns on a plate, cover with a towel and allow to cool, although this procedure does not always reach the end, since some of the buns "fly away" while still hot. The surface of the roll buns can be gently (so as not to scrape off the sprinkling) grease with butter, so the buns will be softer. The recipe is not unique, but taking into account the mixture and the use of a bread machine for kneading, it is even very simple.
