Pork neck 500 g
Large onion 1 pc
Marinade:
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l
Black pepper
Salt
Lemon (optional)
Cooking method

Cut the pork neck into chops. Beat off a little, sprinkle with pepper, squeeze lemon (optional), add vegetable oil. Massage the meat a little and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Do not salt the meat. After marinating, fry on the frying level 3 on both sides, 1-2 chops, depending on the size. Do not add oil to the saucepan. After frying, add a little oil to the pan, put coarsely chopped onions, put chops on top, salt them and set in oven level 1 for 5 minutes.

According to this recipe, I always fried pork chops and beef steaks in a cast-iron skillet, and then put them in the oven. I really wanted to try the cuckoo. She put the onion on the bottom, fearing that the meat would burn. The result was very pleasing. The meat turned out to be the desired softness, the onions were fried well and turned out to be in place. I was afraid that the meat would let the juice out, this did not happen.
