Ingredients
Semolina 1 m / glass
Wheat flour 0.5 m / glass
Egg 1
Kefir or yogurt 1 m / glass
Granulated sugar 0.5 m / glass
Dry yeast 0.5 m3 / h. spoons
Raisins 1 m / glass
Cooking method

1.1 measuring cup from a multicooker kefir, 0.5 measuring cup of granulated sugar, 1 egg, 1 measuring cup semolina, 0.5 measuring teaspoon (from the bread machine) of dry yeast, 0.5 measuring cup of flour put into the bread maker (Panasonic 257 / 256) and set the "Pizza" mode. At the beginning of the kneading with a spatula, manually stir the flour and semolina in the corners of the mold so that there is no impurity.
2. Pour the finished dough into a Panasonic SRTMH18 multicooker and sprinkle raisins steamed in boiling water over the surface of the dough. Pre-grease the form with butter. We turn on the "Heating" mode for 5 minutes, then let the dough stand for 30-40 minutes.
3. We bake in the "Baking" mode for 40 minutes, at the 20th minute we turn the cake over with the "two plates" method.
Serve mannik with honey, condensed milk, jam, jelly.
P.S. You can also add citric acid or lemon zest to the dough.
