My asparagus turned out to be pink from red pepper, but you can add another pepper, black for example.
Very well boiled and pickled asparagus can be added to salads, including with carrots.

Wonderful! You just need to find the asparagus. I love her in Korean.

Thank you!

Asparagus can be bought in the store, in the section where Chinese, Korean noodles, sauces are sold.
Tanyulya
Tatyana, Thank you. I do it very often and love it, though I use Korean gas stations.
I never boil asparagus, I just fill it with warm water overnight, then drain the water, squeeze the asparagus and fill it with dressings.
We must try with your fill.
Lyalya Toy
Tatyana thanks for the recipe! I love pickled asparagus, but I'm afraid to buy it ready-made. , and where in Dmitrov you can buy dried asparagus?

And if fresh, soft, then a couple of hours is enough for soaking. I used to cook it. Fortunately, now there is a choice and you can find something that is not quite stunned. Our whole family loves her in salads.

Girls - thank you all for your attention!

Asparagus has such a "neutral" taste that you can simply boil it (soak it) and throw it into a salad. It absorbs the taste of the environment it is in.
I made asparagus myself for the first time, so I read everything that I could meet along the way

I already bought a Korean dressing, I will try to make asparagus with it next time - now I have already overeat, I have to wait

Lyalya Toy , in Dmitrov, I buy asparagus in SPAR, where you can buy different salads with it, at least for a sample (delicious!) and in the pasta-cereals section there are shelves with oriental goods, there are dried asparagus and different dressings

Bon appetit, everyone, cook to your health!
Lyalya Toy
Tanya thanks I will definitely do it

Thanks for another option for cooking asparagus! My family got hooked on her for years. And now they are so accustomed to its taste that they stopped using gas stations. Admin, you're right, asparagus has a neutral, rather very subtle taste, and we liked it.

My asparagus is respected, but I managed to buy it in Kiev only once and it was very expensive.Tomorrow I'll go to the supermarket to the section with Chinese bells and whistles!

So I was looking in the subway yesterday - I didn’t find it. I even asked the consultant - no, she says. Well, I'll look further)))
Admin, thanks for the recipe !!!
Tanyulya

All! Tomorrow to Auchan! Intrigued! I have never seen it. And what department, if not a secret, so as not to scour tama?
Admin

The covered markets also have oriental goods and cooking - look there too
And also there, where Uzbeks sell spices in cups.
tanchik
Alas, neither in Auchan, nor in Biel, nor in two Silpo stores this much-needed product was found. : swoon: Tomorrow I'll try to pop into the market, maybe I can find it right from the Uzbeks ...
Lana
Admin - Tanya!

Yesterday I bought this soybean asparagus in Auchan Korean soy asparagus
The asparagus of this company is wonderful! Soaked it overnight in purified water and in the morning had the most tender asparagus!

Thank you, Tanya, I will try to cook it like that, as you advise, with carrots.
Now I found the following information: If you are going to fry fuju, it is better to soak it in milk
Something pulls me to combine fuju with carrots, onions and mushrooms ...

I just confirm everything. We just have a lot of Korean salad departments in the city. They also cook asparagus and fried with mayonnaise. Cucumbers go well with her. I'll probably put some asparagus salad too.
Admin

Tanya, recipes for your own salads are welcome - zhdemsssss, recipe in the studio! There are no many different salads!
Klementina
Admin, hello! Suggest the weight of the package with dry asparagus. I have a different package, so I doubt the proportions of salt / vinegar. Marinated somehow using Korean-style asparagus dressing (thin, in a bag), I didn't like it :-( The taste was somehow incomprehensible, even unpleasant.
Admin

Well, a long time has passed by the date the recipe was written, and I do not store the bags after cooking asparagus ...

And I always make the dressing to my liking: combine all the ingredients in a bowl, taste the taste, add what is missing and the dressing is ready. Use this dressing to season asparagus. If the refueling was not enough, you can do more additionally.

As far as I remember, the bag is not large in volume
Klementina
I have a large bag, I will immediately mix a double portion.
The first time was not successful, so I'm afraid to interfere by eye, so as not to spoil it. Thanks for the recipe!
My asparagus is soaking. I will try%-)

How many people (Russians) - so many recipes! Here's a non-Russian girl who sells salads, told me what to do, and I follow her advice: soaked it overnight, drained it in the morning and poured it with boiling water. Held for two minutes, drained, rinsed with cold water. Well, further to taste - you can add ready-made dressing, and I mix with adjika, a little soy sauce instead of salt. Delicious too!
Catalina
Kind people, please tell me, if you buy a package of asparagus (0.500 kg), how much (approximately) the finished product will turn out? I am curious, because I think I either buy half a kilo for 45 UAH and make or buy on the market for 70 UAH kg.)) Thank you)
Admin

I bought 70 gram packs of dried asparagus, the finished yield is very small - in the photo in the recipe, all the asparagus from the pack
Catalina
Thank you very much: yes: Then I'll try to order and cook at home)))
Giraffe
The more profitable the package is for me, the better. It can be stored quite well. And besides salads, you can use pilaf and other dishes. And in the process of soaking, I can partially reduce the amount.
