Roll with minced meat

Ingredients

Roll casing
mayonnaise 200g
eggs 5 pieces
semolina 2 tbsp. spoons
hard cheese 200g
Filling
minced chicken (I have a turkey) 400g
turnip onion / medium 3-4pcs
pistachios / it is possible without them or less 100g
garlic 2 cloves
salt, freshly ground pepper

Cooking method

  • Fry finely chopped onions in vegetable oil. Garlic, pass through a press or grate. Add the onion, garlic to the minced meat, add salt and pepper, mix well and refrigerate.
  • For the shell of the roll, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add semolina, eggs, if there are pistachios. The resulting mass should be infused for 5-10 minutes.
  • Line a baking sheet with oiled baking paper, silicone mat or non-stick mat. Pour the mass onto a baking sheet, smooth over the entire baking sheet. Bake the base for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Remove the slightly cooled base into the rug, put the minced meat on top and level it with your hands. Roll up the roll tightly. Wrap the roll in foil. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. After baking, remove the foil only after the roll has cooled.
  • The roll turns out to be smooth, beautiful, very tasty
