Ingredients

Beer 200 ml
Milk 200 ml
Water 200 ml
egg 3 pcs
sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
soda 1 tsp
lemon juice for soda quenching
salt, sugar taste
flour 300 g

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs in a blender, add beer, salt, sugar (the amount of both depends on the future filling of pancakes), sunflower oil and soda, slaked with lemon juice, Beat. Then add sifted flour (I always add flour by eye, about 300 grams of flour goes for this amount of liquid, but see for yourself by the consistency). When everything is well mixed, add boiling milk and boiling water. Beat. The finished dough should be fairly runny.
  • Baked in a dry cast-iron pan on both sides.
  • Grease the finished pancakes with melted butter.
  • Bon Appetit!

Note

But ... the dough in the pan also spreads mentally, but for some reason they did not want to take off the finished pancakes
