I am looking for the owners of this suspiciously inexpensive bread maker. Eldorado is offered for 1300 rubles. I wonder what result can be achieved for that kind of money? The offer is alarming with its tempting ...

I bought an oven for a friend in September, talked with consultants in the store: reviews from customers are negative, bread is not baked. If you want an inexpensive stove - take some small LG, we bought one in M-Video for a little over 2,600 (I don't remember exactly). She has a small load, made in Korea, not in China, store staff claim that Korea is better than China.

Eldorada just needs to be deleted from your life. How many people in different cities have already stepped on the same rake ...

Guys, I looked at Yandex - it looks like this stove is sold only in Eldorado. If this is exactly the case, then this is most likely the brand of the Eldorado itself (all large networks have a cheap brand that they rivet for themselves).
In general, cheapness is not an indicator of "badness" (yesterday I bought a sandwich maker for 300 rubles plus a tail - just super), but if this is the brand of Eldorado itself, I would strain very much.

The classic is certainly right, BUT
Yesterday in the store I saw HP for 2500 (agree at Moscow prices - the price is very modest) - Kenwood - some letters - 125. This is a DOLL! For a small family of bread eaters (max loaf 700g). Compared to Panas, it seems small. I looked for the sake of interest in the instruction - three main programs, in principle, cover the main requests. And according to the reviews here, Kenwood works reliably for members of the forum.
In general, those who are looking for inexpensive and large breads are not needed - pay attention to the Kenwoods !!!

Super! How nice when it's good and inexpensive

Maybe you tell me in more detail, otherwise the people are embarrassed at such a price.

I bought it in Eldorado (Yekaterinburg) for 1990 rubles. I bake classic bread (3 hours, 700 grams, medium color). I took the recipe from the instructions only to correct it for myself. Water-400g. (2 cups from the set), sugar-0.5 tbsp. l., salt-1 tsp., pod. oil-2 tbsp. l., flour-3.5 cups, quick yeast-0.5 h. l. And that's all. The bread is delicious, fluffy.

And a year ago I bought a DVD-player "Elenberg" for the kitchen from "Eldorado".

It was not the price (about $ 40) that seduced me, but its shape - it is twice as narrow in front as the "Philips", which stands in the room for a large TV. This "Elenberg" fits perfectly on top of a 37 cm kitchen TV.

And although I was already well aware of WHAT these "'Elenbergs" and "Camerons" were (The Village Stove Prava are "brands" (hee-hee), which are produced under the auspices of Eldorado), the reality surpassed all expectations .. ...

First, of course (for Eldorado), they refused to check it in the store. The first copy was covered in less than an hour and a half of work (knowing what I might run into, I immediately started a film on it at home). Fortunately, the store is close (walkable) and I changed this DVD player for another.

Another covered himself in the late afternoon - began to gnash terribly, as if chewing something there. And only the third has been working for almost exactly a year.

Conclusion: buying such products is a lottery, or "Russian roulette" on the contrary. If you're lucky, you can get a good copy right away, but if not, then ...
Tanyusha
Oddly enough, my Elenberg vacuum cleaner has been working for 4 years and has never happened to it, and a year and a half ago I bought my daughter in the room, Elenberg's TV also works well so far. So it's still a lottery, whoever is lucky.

Unfortunately, I can't say anything about this stove except what I have already written. I saw her live in the Mediamarkt on m. University. There, next to her, and a paper instruction lies. If you have something prettier for giving - I think this is a good option.
The exact name is kenwood bm-125.
Now I looked on the Internet - I found models with different numbers, like 125 is not found anywhere.
But here is the bm-150 in appearance and description, poured 125, here, for example, take a look: 🔗
On Yandex-market, this stove is priced at 2055 rubles and 2016 rubles, which is much cheaper than in Mediamarkt (there were 2500 rubles each).

Oh, I went in and looked - something really cheap, up to 2,000 rubles.

Yesterday I went to "Eldorado" and drew attention to the x / p "Cameron". I liked her outwardly. All inscriptions are in Russian. The bucket has an interesting shape, it is very convenient to bake bread for sandwiches in it. But since this cotton is sold in "Eldorado" and the brand is unknown, then of course I will not recommend it.

So we joined the ranks of bakers. We read this site and really wanted to buy X \ P. but, due to the limited budget, it was not possible to buy X \ n from a renowned company. We decided to take a closer look at what is cheaper. The choice fell on the CAMERON CB-4407 as there was simply no choice in this price range. After much thought, they bought it, because I really want homemade bread. Arriving home, we immediately decided to try it in business. And this is what we got: this is our FIRST bread on the FIRST bread maker. of course there is nothing to compare with, but we really liked it, it was baked well. In general, while we H / P are quite happy. In the future, we will report on what happens and how it works.

Also, the bun turned out to be a beauty! The smell in the apartment is simply stunning! I do not know what this stove is, but about an inexpensive one. I bought an ORION stove
for 240 UAH (approx. 1200 rubles) in Foxtrot - like everything. In it there are two more knives for mixing the dough, unlike other ovens, it also turns out a full-fledged brick, and not a high "pasca". I have it for 4 months.
I also have Orion for 270 UAH. She is 3 years old. only the bread was not lying down, I was afraid to take it, but ordinary bread. but nothing. all OK

Here we use our X / P. almost every day I bake bread and rolls, knead pizza dough. I am very pleased with the results. The only difficulty is to get the necessary ingredients for rye bread - in our city it is difficult with this. But I'm trying to get out of the situation, experimenting with what is available. And once again I was convinced - Cheap (relatively) does not mean bad

Do not be surprised at my questions, because HB acquired yesterday.
I baked the first ordinary bread, it turned out to be excellent, only the dome first rested against the viewing window, then exploded like a volcano crater, and there was emptiness under it. Still, the bread was excellent.
The second bread was baked according to Bystry-2. I looked at it from above - the crust is damp (in appearance), pale - I put it on the Baking mode, but was afraid to dry it and turned it off after 5-8 minutes. In the middle, like plasticine, you can see the underdog.
Today I baked the usual white on the "Classic" mode for 0.5 kg. There is no "hat", but in general - not bad.
Can you explain please:
1. "Pie" mode - what you bake.
2. Mode "Baking" what you use.
3. Do you let the bread ripen for 60 min. as written in the instructions.
4. Have you baked rye bread?
5. I correctly understood that the container does not need to be lubricated every time. oil?
6. Do you stick to the recipe or is it like the first one every time?
And in general, the impression of the acquisition.
I imagined by the principle "put the ingredients and took out the bread", and after reading the forum, I realized that it was impossible to "let it go".
I studied the instructions of Admin on the kolobok, but, in my opinion, the cycles are slightly different, and the time of mixing and approach is for sure.
Drake
Well, actually yesterday I also became the owner of this stove. I have already tried two types of bread - delicious. It really doesn’t look like bread, it rather resembles the taste of pies and muffins from childhood.
However, the question is for the owners. Even a couple of questions. In the passport for the stove and on the stove itself, the modes are indicated under different numbers. For example, on stove 10, the mode is "pie", and in the passport it is "with jam", on the stove 11 - "sandwich", and in the passport it is "pie". That's actually - what to believe - where the numbering is correct - this is the first question.
Well, the second one. I tried different modes, looked at the cookbook for the stove - for many modes, recipes are given, but for "pie" and "with jam" - no. Accordingly, the question is - what are these two modes? What makes them special? They are designed for dough with or without filling, etc. So how do they differ from each other?

Luna Baking mode - knead the dough separately - butter sweet, put the filling in it neatly, make something like a cake or cupcake and put it in a bread maker - bake without kneading, so that the filling does not touch.

I focus on the modes on the stove.

Today I baked rye bread according to the Admin recipe. True, I did not find malt and dry sourdough in a nearby store, so I took a large dose of beer. The bread turned out super!
I had to add flour in the process of forming a bun, added 6 extra spoons.

Congratulations: I recently joined your slender ranks, and also with a Cameron stove.
From the first time everything is tip-top, I'm not overjoyed. Along the way, I "catch fleas" in the recipes indicated in the instructions. Love milk bread and oatmeal bread.
The design is pretty, it is easy to look after, and it is not that much noise. The only thing that is confusing is that somewhere from the third roll the knife stopped being removed from the pin (in order to wash it). And the fact that she does not cook jam (and does not yet wash the dishes, does not sew on buttons and does not clean the stove) ...
Basically, I bake only classic varieties, but usually everything is done by "pouring, pressing the buttons and forgetting." I'm glad!
Friends, when trying bread, experience a shock (in a good way) - such a difference from a store one. And everyone also wants this miracle! That would be to shake the percentages with Eldorado :-)))
I hope I do not deserve blame for the praise, if someone gets such a thing with a marriage - it's a matter of chance after all.
Luna
Congratulations!
My knife is removed from the pin and often, even after baking, it does not remain in the bread.
Did I understand correctly that you are still baking according to the recipes attached to the stove?
I was disappointed in the Fast Baking. Whatever I bake - straight into the bucket.
The bread is really excellent, but I'm starting to worry about the waist.

The knife must be removed without fail. A crust of bread is baked under it, which will scratch the cover of the bucket. After taking out the bread, you need to fill the bucket with hot water for 20-30 minutes. the knife is then removed.

All good health! Now I am addicted to home baking, and even with a Cameron x \ n. I chose it for reasons of price and, I think, was not mistaken. This is an exact copy of Daewoo and Clatronic I don’t remember the numbers, but I’m sure they do it at the same plant. I don't know what's inside, but outside - everything is of high quality. No smell, no stumps. Everything is like an adult.
I learned what an excellent bread is at about the seventh loaf, but the stove has nothing to do with it - the main thing is the optimization of the technical process.
Many thanks to everyone for the helpful tips!
There are a lot of jambs in the instructions for the stove, but respect them for the hardware and low price, and friends will help with the recipe
P.S. When the knife is not removed immediately, I shake it slightly by the tip - it comes off as cute.

Thanks, it helped.
And I reached it myself - I take the knife with one hand, and with the other - the "lamb" under the uniform, and twist it in different directions. The knife comes off and comes off.
Experienced Cameron owners, tell me: what recipes from this site are the most acceptable for this HP in terms of "put and forget"?
Drake
I'm not an experienced owner, but I've tried a lot of recipes (randomly) - so that I put it and forget - there were none. You get good bread if you sit over the stove during the first batch (well, try not to use the quick bake mode, even if it is indicated in the recipe). The best breads I got on the "classic" mode.
delfyn
I've had Cameron for over a month now. I choose almost all recipes from the section "Yeast bread" (table of contents). I choose without bells and whistles (for example, Mustard), I look where there are more reviews, I take everywhere 2/3 of the given amount / mass of ingredients (so that for 500 gram bread), I put the mass of 700 grams on the stove (otherwise it will not bake). I threw everything in a bucket. AND EVERYTHING!
Then I approach the stove after a couple of hours and exclusively for consumer purposes.

After various tests, I developed bread for every day:
200 ml of water
1 tsp Sahara
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp. l. mustard oil
550 ml flour (measured in a measuring cup, sift too lazy)
1 tsp yeast (slightly incomplete)
The "classic" mode for 680 g. And wait for the final beeping!
The bread turns out to be plump, but tasty and light.
I don’t know who is getting better on homemade bread, but I even lost some weight in these two months! Because in the bread that I make, there is nothing but flour and vegetable paste. And since it is delicious, it does not at all pull for buns (which were attracted before).

I think that you have not quite fresh yeast, or the amount of ingredients does not correspond to 700 gr. loaf, or bake on a fast setting (that is, in 58 minutes the bread does not have time to rise to the height of the bucket). But if you try the recipes from the instructions for the bread maker with the volumes and modes indicated there, and the bread does not rise, most likely old, fake or unsuitable yeast for the process (saf-levure yeast showed poor performance in my cameron). Try to bake bread according to different recipes and with different yeast. It is very desirable to sift the flour.

P. S. The amount of flour in a glass attached to the bread maker is barely 130 gr. - this is with a slide when it already pours from the edge of the glass. So try to fill the glasses as full as possible, unless of course you are using this particular glass.

And some of the owners Cameron CB-4407 (she Daewoo DI-3207S, WEST BM701W and Liberton LBM01,) created / found a detailed description of the cycles of all modes? And then the instruction somehow does not really reveal it all, the modes "With jam" and "Pie" for it are generally absolutely identical
Those modes that I have already used, I wrote out for myself, entered into the plate. Here is her address:

But I would like to have all the information. What if someone drew up a complete tablet for themselves? Well, or at least some other modes have already been explored. In general, please share info. You can fill out a simple form:

🔗

(so as not to litter with fragmentary information). I will enter the received data into the plate and they will be publicly available

Explanations for the table:
1. The numbers on the gray background, I kind of checked. What is white is taken from a plate for a similar stove and requires clarification.
2. Note that the data is presented in two versions - in the form of time stamps and in the form of cycle duration. I will accept your data in any form.

About a year ago, my aunt and I purchased 2 identical Cameron bread makers. Everything was great at the beginning. Bread is white as a bun and rye bread with malt and caraway seeds are all for five. But a year later, such a problem appeared - the plastic sleeve on the bucket loosened from twisting and began to let water and dough pass through. Such a fate befell my aunt's c / n. In total, 2 cars became unusable. Now I bake bread in the oven ... That's so expensive and cute, cheap and rotten.

The other day I tried mode No. 9 "With jam". I don’t know who translated it like that, but you have to read "Jam". For 10-15 minutes it simply heats up, then starts to stir slowly and interferes with heating for the remaining time (total duration of the mode is 1:20).

We bought x / p CAMERON CB-4407. We baked ordinary bread (according to the recipe on page 6 of the instructions) in the fast baking-II mode, the bread did not rise enough (but this is understandable) and the top crust did not brown, I wonder why (we chose teak crust - medium), but in general the bread baked, although the structure turned out to be quite dense, the taste is more like a sweet bun. The first experience - everyone liked it!

We tried milk white bread according to the proposed recipe (I took warm milk, poured flour into a glass with a slide, estimated 11/2 teaspoons of yeast as 1.5 teaspoons) the bread turned out to be golden brown, tall and very tasty, the recipe was a success.

The third loaf is sweet bread, again according to the recipe (ingredients for 0.5 kg of rolls, the "sweet roll" mode, the size of the loaf is about 7), in the end - the bread was baked, it turned out to be quite airy, but one drawback, it's a question - during baking, the dough rose to the very lid, and then the top crust fell inward, a kind of depression appeared, when it was cut, everything seemed to be good, the bread was baked.

Today I made Italian white bread in the "sandwich" mode - again the same trouble - the top crust in the middle falls down, forming a funnel, although the bread is baked, which may be the problem.

In general, while I like everything, we will experiment further. Regarding the brand: CAMERON is not the first thing in our house, all the equipment of this brand works no worse than the advertised Brands, only the price is much lower. Therefore, you choose for yourself whether to pay you for advertising or not.

And one more thing: whoever has already tested recipes in the CAMERON CB-4407 x / p oven, please share. Has anyone tried making cupcakes, if so please share the recipe. And also explain how ordinary wheat flour (which is sold everywhere) differs from bread.
