1. Recipe for Liège corrugations from Cher. They use this sugar in lumps - pearl sugar (translated)
Have to take:
750 gr. flour for baking
270 gr. warm milk
70 gr. fresh yeast
3 eggs and 2 yolks
15 gr. salt
vanilla sugar
400 gr. butter or margarine, soft, room temperature
500 gr. pearl sugar
Preparation:
Prepare the dough from all ingredients, excluding butter and sugar
Leave the dough covered with a napkin for 30 minutes in a warm place
Add oil, stir and finish with sugar.

Ingredients:

- 150 grams of pearl sugar
- 250 gr butter
- 1¾ (three quarters) for milk
- 50 g of live yeast, or 25 g of dry yeast
- 7 grams of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- cinnamon (or without)
Preparation:
Preheat the butter to room temperature.
Preparation:
1. Prepare a dough with flour, milk, yeast, eggs, salt and vanilla sugar and leave for 30 minutes.
2. Then add soft butter, sugar and pearl sugar. Divide the dough into 80 g portions and leave for 15 minutes.
3. Heat the waffle iron (do not grease the waffle plates). Bake dough balls for about 3 minutes until golden brown and tender

3. Liege corrugations
For 15-25 pcs.
1 kg. flour
75 gr. yeast
5 dl. milk and water (softened)
50 g sugar (fine)
2 eggs
500 gr. margarine or butter sl.
50 gr. honey
10 gr. salt
vanilla or cinnamon
3 gr. soda
600 gr. pearl sugar
Making sourdough from 800 gr. flour, yeast, 5 dl. milk with water, sugar and eggs. Stir and leave for 15 minutes. Then add margarine, honey, 200 grams of flour, salt, vanilla, soda. Knead a homogeneous dough, leave for 10 minutes. No more, otherwise the dough will be too elastic, then add pearl sugar, make balls from 90 to 140 gr, depending on the size of your mold, leave for a while and bake
