Ingredients

Soft processed cheese 200g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 2h l.
Salt 0.5h l
Baking powder 1.5h l.
Soda on the tip of a knife
Vegetable oil 2st. l.
Sour cream 2st. l. (with a slide)

Cooking method

  • The recipe is taken from Odnoklassniki, the author is Tatiana Valko, I will not say in more detail, since it was a long time ago. prepared just now and decided to share with you.
  • Transfer the melted cheese to a bowl (if not very soft, then first grate it on a fine grater). Beat in eggs and stir well. Add butter and sour cream, mix. Pour in salt, sugar and flour mixed with baking powder and baking soda. Mix everything thoroughly.
  • If desired, you can put fillers in the dough: green onions or smoked sausage, or hard cheese.
  • Grease the tins with oil and fill with dough no more than 2/3 of the height.
  • Put in an oven preheated to 180 * C for 20 minutes. Turn off the fire and leave the prepared muffins in the oven with the door ajar for 10 minutes.

The dish is designed for

15 pcs

Time for preparing:

minutes40-50

Cooking program:

Note

My dough turned out to be very steep, I had to add one more egg (third), because the eggs were very small.

The smell and taste are cheesy. Nice snack muffins turned out.
Bon appetit !!!!

They look good! Snack bars - this sounds good, just note
It's just not clear what is included in your baking powder, if you need to add soda later? Check plz)

PS probably can be baked in tin molds? Not necessarily on paper?

Lory, at the expense of soda, I also did not quite understand its presence in the recipe, especially "at the tip of a knife." I think. that you can safely do without it. But in the recipe I wrote as it was in the original source.

And you can bake in any tins.

Rusya, I just wanted to clarify in the baking powder what starch was potato or corn? (because I do it myself)
And why is soda separately - I found out one trick that quicklime soda will work when it is heated,
and the baking powder will act at the stage of kneading the dough! That's how Itself did not know. Live and learn ))

It seems to me that with crab sticks, it will be delicious in the middle, for those who love them kaneshna

Sorry, I thought I answered. I used a baking powder from Dr. Opener. It contains: corn starch, sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate.

It's not scary, everything worked out already! Thanks for the answer. Intuitively, I took corn.
By the way, the home version (soda: citric acid: starch) works great in a ratio of 5: 3: 12.
And to the original "just cheese" I added finely chopped greens of garlic and pieces of boiled pork.
True, I missed the choice of the melted cheese itself, the dough turned out to be sticky and as a result - not very airy (although this was not required of him)

But this is not so important either. Its purpose was important: an appetizer for watching a football match.
When passions boil - just have time to "drag" cartridges !!!!
Everything flies away and in large quantities! And with this option - these cupcakes THIS is the most option: savory, portioned and nutritious ... even without beer they are good))
Thanks for the idea. Let's fix the bugs (adaptation) and everything will be OK!

Lory, thanks for the report! Glad you liked the cupcakes. I think that with boiled pork and garlic, they were generally very aromatic.
My processed curds were such that they rubbed freely on a grater.

They can still be put in the freezer for 20-30 minutes, then, in general, they rub perfectly.

thank you. everyone loved it. very delicate taste. good snack. I tried it without filling, and next time I'll try to add something. I think it will be even tastier with smoked meats.

Thank you very much for the recipe. Very tasty cupcakes are obtained. The first time I did it strictly according to the recipe. I didn't have time to photograph. Today I decided to repeat it, but there was no sour cream at home. I decided to replace it with kefir. I put 125 ml of kefir on a serving. Raised above the molds. And it seemed to me that they are even more tender and luxuriant than with sour cream. I took it in the tabs. The family really liked it. Again THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!

gold-fish, thanks for the tip! It will be necessary to try with kefir.
