Puff roses with pears

Ingredients

Yeast-free puff pastry 1 layer, 250 g
Pear 1 PC.
Powdered sugar

Cooking method

  • Roll out the dough to a thickness of ~ 2 mm and cut into strips of ~ 3 x 18 cm. Cut the pear lengthwise and then cut each half across into very thin slices, no thicker than 2 mm. Place the pear slices on the dough strips
  • 🔗 and roll each strip into a flower, molding the dough below, under the bud.

  • Place the roses on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes in preheated to 180about oven. Sprinkle the finished roses with icing sugar.

12-16 pieces

Note

Other fruits can be used instead of pears. If they are hard and not bend well, you can boil them in syrup for several minutes.
