Ingredients

Water 320 ml
Vegetable oil 1 1/2 tbsp. l
Wheat flour of the first grade 300 g
Peeled rye flour 130 g
Whole grain wheat flour 110 g
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l
Spice mix (for main courses) 1 tsp
Active dry yeast 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Based on the recipe for wholemeal bread (5 Turbo - quick bread) for the Delonghi BDM 755 bread machine, but with my changes. Preheat the water, add sunflower oil, wholemeal flour, put sugar, salt, spices in the corners. Put yeast in the hole. We set the 5 TURBO mode - 2 hours 9 minutes. The bun should be monitored, as the flour may remain on the walls of the container. The bread is denser because the proofing time is shorter. The basic recipe does not indicate which flour is used and I decided to experiment and used whole grain, rye and first grade flour. Sometimes, instead of water, I use beer (dark or light), then the bread acquires an interesting taste and aroma.
