Meat pancakes with cottage cheese for breakfast

Ingredients

pork (chicken, turkey) lean 350-400 grams
soft cottage cheese 3 tbsp. l. with top
bulb onions 1 PC. small
eggs 1 PC. small
flakes 3-4 tbsp. l. with top
salt taste
spices (lime pepper) taste
dill, green onions 2 tbsp. l. chopped
cream 10% 100-150 ml. to mass density

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat and onion into small pieces, turn in a blender until the desired consistency, but not very finely. Transfer the meat to a bowl.
  • Put cereals in a blender and break them into small particles, add to the meat.
  • Add cottage cheese, egg, salt, pepper, dill, green onions to the meat, add cream - mix. Minced meat should be soft, slightly liquid than on cutlets, in order to take pancakes into the pan with a spoon. Adjust the consistency of the minced meat with cream.
  • If at the first laying of pancakes in the pan they turn over badly, crack, you can add 1-2 tbsp to the minced meat. ordinary flour.
  • We take the minced meat with a spoon and put it in a hot pan with a drop of vegetable oil.
  • Fry pancakes until blush on both sides.

What to do if there is a 350 gram piece of meat sliced?
You can simply fry meat, or you can add "from what was" in the refrigerator and get 3-4 servings of hot pancakes, soft, fragrant, hot!

If in a meat grinder, it is better on a fine one, the meat will be grains, but small and cook faster. On a very large wire rack, the pieces will not be so soft.

There is no error. Ground cereal flakes are added to the minced meat, this is enough, they soak and swell from moisture. But if there is not enough gluten, you can add 1-2 tbsp. l. ordinary flour.

These are not thick cutlets - these are thin pancakes, the dough is thin.

The cutlet mass is a purely individual product, you stand and observe how much flour or cream to add? Or both together! You can get it completely differently - either more cream and you can do without flour, or add an egg, or ... whatever ...

I wrote that the cutlet mass is soft, softer than for cutlets, since these are flat pancakes, they do not need to keep a high shape - whoever makes cutlets will immediately understand me

For me personally, there is no need to translate anything. If, of course, the recipe is designed for experienced chefs, then they themselves will understand that the recipe means Art. l. But we probably have inexperienced and novice cooks here who, on a whim, will strictly adhere to the recipe and add Art. flour.
