apples or other frozen fruits 5 medium sized (apples, of course)

  • I came home from work, tired, but I really want to please my family with a pie. I strained my memory, leafed through the recipes and found this one, obtained on the Internet. But ... the native recipe was sprinkled with sugar and we didn't really like it because of the sprinkling, well, it seemed a bit rude to some! And we will make it with fruit, it is very simple and fast! So...

  • First, clean and cut the apples, turn on the oven, put baking paper on a baking sheet, because it takes about three minutes to prepare the dough.

  • Then we weigh flour, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder into the mixer bowl, mix. Let's make a hole and break the eggs there, add fermented baked milk and mix for 30 seconds at medium speed. The dough turns out to be liquid.

Note

I baked this cake several times, the result is always different (depending on the fruit) but always good. It was very tasty with frozen plums and cherries. The pie is light, soft, the crust is slightly stringy at the edges.

AllaV, thanks for the thanks. ;) I also bake it quite often, especially when I need it quickly. I bake, mainly with apples, somehow I added an orange, but in the summer I will try with different seasonal fruits: apricots, plums, peaches ... I'm sure it will be delicious.
