but I did not understand - why 1 glass (240 grams) flour and 2 tbsp. l.
and grind the curd mass, form 8-10 balls, put evenly on the bottom of a flat form. - one cottage cheese without anything?

So the text is further under the photo, 2 tbsp. l. flour into a curd mass, without it "roll the balls" will not work

I don't understand ... I don't see this text under photo 2, I can only see
"Fill with chocolate dough
Mix dry ingredients. Melt the margarine, cool it, drive eggs into it, pour it into the flour mixture, add a little milk (maybe you won't need everything, but the dough should be a little thin). "
or
"We bake at 170-180 degrees (electric oven) for 30 minutes."
how can it be???

The pie is really delicious. And from the dough I bake Barney's children, and then from the syringe I "pump" them with condensed milk. Generally delicious!
