Spicy cheese

Ingredients

Turkey breast fillet 260g.
Adyghe cheese 150g.
Sour cream 100g.
Madera (not used) 20g.
Nutmeg pinch
Butter 45g.
Flour 30g.
Milk 30g.

Cooking method

  • Cut the fillet into pieces and fry. Grind in a blender.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet, fry the flour until golden brown. Stir constantly, pour in warm milk. Boil.
  • Add all other ingredients to the turkey. Beat with a blender.
  • Put in a mold and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • In the morning for breakfast ... mmmmm:
  • Spicy cheese

Note

Due to my laziness, next time I will omit the procedure with toasting flour .. I think it will be delicious without it.

Well, I'm happy to: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=147095.1820, the answer is No. 1820 and 1822 - there is already an improved recipe, but the original https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=147095.1520 the answer is 1527.
If you have any questions, then
Omela
Yeah, Ir, thanks. The technology is clear. And for the especially gifted, here you can clarify the proportions after all for 1 liter. milk ..

Of course mona
For 1 liter of milk: initial version (basic): 1 tbsp. l. coarse salt, sour cream 200 gr., eggs 3
My second option - well, I am drawn to the experiment (I liked it much more): 1 tbsp. l. salt, sour cream 300 gr., eggs 2.

we will write about it.

And the salt is basically stone ???
Omela
I also have a pie with Adyghe cheese: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=138083.0... Now I will definitely do it according to the recipe.

To be honest, I think that if you add salt with Extra salt, it will be more salty (rock salt is less refined, perhaps - that is, because of all the additives in it, the salt itself and less - twisted, yes)
In short, so as not to powder your brains, I confess: the author of the recipe indicated about rock salt - that's why I do it. And so I think that it is not important at all.
P. S. A Pie with Ossetian plums - well, beauty
Omela
I realized thanks!!
Medusa
Well, the girls, have provoked!
I won't, if I don't cook this snack, and I won't arrange home production of Adyghe cheese!

Marish,

shl. Tomorrow I was going to make cheese, which is a: secret: Dygei.
Twist
Little, but it can be done at home?
Omela
Marish, we are irysska a little higher discussed this issue. There are links. Let's see what happens. And then today my grandmother came to "Spicy cheese" with a specialty, and they ate it on the very first day.

Twist
Yes, I’m "cartoonish". But I got it - I decided to try to do it without CF.

esessno !!

First I made cheese. It was important for me to use the recipe without eggs, because lately we are allergic to eggs. The result is a very delicate mass resembling a cream. I also missed with the load, it was not heavy enough and all the moisture did not go away:

Then the technology was reduced to a disgrace. Fried the breast, chopped it, beat it with cheese. It turned out more like a pate:

Spicy cheese

But we really liked it. The consistency is softer, of course there is no piquancy, but delicious !!!

Omela
With the initiative you!
And what, without eggs, the cheese turns out to be completely tender, like a cream - you can't press it? I have not tried it at all without eggs, I want to try for 2 liters. milk 2 or 3 eggs.
Omela
irysska , Thank you! I think that it is possible .. I just somehow technically did not succeed. I put it in a drushlag in a rag. Top with a mold of water 1l. put. And all this structure in the refrigerator. I think that the press should be heavier and the gauze should be all the same (it was not at hand). Something like this. But I will try again.
irysska
And I always put the load for 2 - 2.5 hours, then I take it off, put it in a container, it cools down completely, and then it goes into the refrigerator. And as a pile, I put a pack of rock salt.

I quote myself ...

this I mean that I replaced almost everything (from the original recipe only butter and sour cream remained) and I immediately remembered the story about the salad. Now, for the sake of interest, you have to repeat the recipe exactly.

Gal, and what is this story ??

Little boy, I'll look for a link later, somewhere in Humor there was a story ... my aunt wanted to use something that remained with her in business ... as a result, a lot of body movements occurred, which she regretted (this is a short retelling) So I wanted to apply the cheese somewhere ...
