Broccoli Potatoes (Brand 37502)

Ingredients

Potatoes 300g.
Broccoli 200g.
Vegetable oil 2st. l.
Coriander beans 1h l.
Whole cumin 1h l.
Salt taste
Sour cream 3st. l.
Water 100 ml.

Cooking method

  • Crush the cumin and coriander in a mortar. On the Baking mode, fry in vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes.
  • Next add the peeled and diced potatoes. Fry, stirring for another 5 minutes.
  • Then add broccoli, disassembled into inflorescences. Fry for another 5 minutes.
  • Pour in water. Extinguishing mode 30 minutes.
  • Add sour cream, salt to taste, mix gently. leave on Heat for 10 minutes.
  • Fast, tasty and healthy !!!

Mistletoe, I made it! It is very tasty and everything was prepared quickly. Maybe my potatoes are watery or not too large to cut them, but I didn't add any water at all. Everything is like in the recipe - while I fried potatoes with caraway seeds and coriander (I ground everything in a coffee grinder), I added broccoli without defrosting (or maybe there was enough water there when defrosting), and by the time the sour cream was added, I practically had a ready-made dish. A little sweat with sour cream - and on the table.

I have a Panasonic 18, I tried to do it as indicated in the recipe, I fried the seasonings in oil, then I put the potatoes and fried them on baking for not 5, but 10 minutes, then I put the cauliflower and waited another ten minutes, then water, salt and stewed for an hour , then another hour. I thought it would be faster.

Made according to this recipe at 37501. I really liked it. And on the top steamer I put a red fish (as they wrote above in the comments) ... mmmmmm, and even with French mustard. In general - super !!!
