There is no recipe for this program in the recipe book.

I tried to bake bread using this program on my recipe - I first started a dough with yeast and sourdough - left it for about 5 hours.
Then on program 2.
Well, I do not like the express - maybe my recipe is not for this program.

Program White bread express -2 and express 750 g - 8 and 1000 g - 9.

But even for the express, the third batch is 10 seconds. - superfluous.
In Panasonic, the express did not work for me either, although I did it according to the recipe already legendary on the forum QUICK BREAD WITH MANNA GRAPE - the roof was white and the bread was unbaked.

About express for 750 and 1000 years.

Purely theoretically - two kneads of 5 and 10 minutes, one rise for 18 minutes and baking for 25 minutes - flour 560 g.
For a weight of 1000 g - slightly different - two kneads of 9 minutes each, raising for 28 minutes, baking - 43 minutes - flour 640 g.
In principle, I do not bake bread with fast programs; but maybe someone loves!

Hello dear bakers! I would like to speak in defense of program 2 "White Bread-Express". I recently had a Brand 3801 bread maker, about 2 months. During this time I tried all sorts of recipes, something worked out, something not very ... But recently I "scratched the bottom of the barrel" and baked "Gray bread" from the found mixture of leftovers of different flours, choosing program 2 quite by accident. I liked it very much and since then I bake only it. Here is the prescription:

Program White bread express -2 and express 750 g - 8 and 1000 g - 9.

I am a very "young" baker and it was surprising and joyful for me when, quite by accident, I got a bread acceptable to ME (I emphasize). And since I carefully studied everything written on the forum about the Brand bread machine, but I still had questions that I later resolved on my own, I allowed myself to share my mini-discoveries. What if someone is also looking for answers to the same questions?

I baked two breads in fast mode according to author's recipes from the forum- Quick Semolina Bread from Elena Bo and Gray bread with honey from Canned food
I liked both bread, they rose well, the roof did not collapse, but it cracked a little on the sides. But it seems to me that they were not baked a little, from the photo on the bread you can see traces of a knife, as if they were cut hot. And when you eat the crumbs in your mouth, it immediately crumples into a moist lump. True, bread with semolina turns out to be yesterday's, and he has passed this shortcoming. Gray baked tonight and so far it is very soft and tender. Let's see what it will be like tomorrow.

By the way, gray bread is really very fragrant, I fell asleep under the smell of freshly baked bread (finally, it stopped smelling like grease). The neighbors probably also dreamed of bread.

As Galina correctly noted, I bake it on mode No. 2 "Express White Bread", the total duration is 2 hours 40 minutes, and not on mode No. 8 "Express 750 g" (58 minutes) or No. 9 "Express 1000 g" ( 1 hour 35 minutes). On mode No. 2, the bread is completely fermented. By the way, now I have HP Bork-800 and the main mode there is not much more, only 3 hours 05 minutes. I also baked this bread in BORK, the result is the same.
Galina, I don't have the feeling that this gray bread "when you eat the crumb in your mouth immediately crumples into a wet lump." Perhaps it really is the amount of water. And, by the way, no one bothers to bake it in the main mode.
