Vegetable ragout with smoked brisket and sun-dried apples

Ingredients

smoked brisket (ribs) 5-6 pcs.
hunting sausages 2-3 pcs.
bulb onions 1 PC. big
fresh carrots 1 PC. big
Sweet pepper 1 PC. medium color
fresh white cabbage 0.8-1 kg.
dried apples (dried) 10-15 pcs. middle
vegetable oil 0.5 tbsp. l.
spices for soup taste
chopped parsley 1-2 tbsp. l.
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Soak dried, dried apples in hot water while vegetables are stewing. Then rinse, drain the water and cut the apples into large pieces.
  • Cut ribs, sausages into pieces.

  • Cut the cabbage into large squares.
  • Pour a little oil into a cauldron or wok to start frying vegetables, heat the cauldron until hot. Put onions, carrots, peppers in a cauldron and stew a little, add a little salt and spices so that the vegetables begin to fry and release "goodies".   • Add brisket, sausages to vegetables and stew a little.
  • Add cabbage, apples, mix with stewed vegetables, close the lid and let the cabbage swell, extract juice, moisture - enough liquid will appear at the bottom. Stir vegetables periodically, salt, add chopped herbs, and simmer for 10 minutes under a closed lid.
  • Then open the lid and simmer the vegetables with the lid ajar until the liquid evaporates, until the cabbage begins to fry in oil. Reduce heat, simmer the cabbage, stirring occasionally so that the vegetables do not burn, until tender.
  • We put the finished vegetable stew in portioned plates, sprinkle with a green onion on top and serve hot.
