Dumplings with meat and mushroom dressing.

Ingredients

1 cup = 240 ml.
dough:
lukewarm water 1/2 cup
sour cream 20% 2 tbsp. l. (full)
salt 1/2 tsp
olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
egg 1
flour (approx) 450 gr.
filling:
boiled meat (I have veal) 500 gr.
1 onion (finely chopped and stewed with a small amount of oil)
salt, pepper, a little meat broth.
mushroom dressing:
Champignon mushrooms) 500 ml
dry porcini mushrooms (grind in a blender until flour) handful
onion (finely chopped) 2 pcs.
olive oil 50 ml
salt. pepper

Cooking method

  • dough:
  • dissolve salt in water, add sour cream, stir well.
  • add a beaten egg, butter and gradually adding flour, it may take less, knead a soft and elastic dough.
  • give the dough a little rest, roll out and stick the dumplings.
  • filling:
  • mince the boiled meat with fried onions. salt and pepper, add a little broth.
  • refueling:
  • stew the onion with mushrooms until the liquid has completely evaporated.
  • let cool and pass through a blender. (if desired, you can fill with sour cream!)
