Pork medallions in a fur coat

Ingredients

Pork 500 g
Celery stalk 1 PC.
Leek 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Champignon 100 g
Yeast-free puff pastry 1 layer
Wheat flour 1 Art. l.
Egg 1 PC.
Rust oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Salt and pepper the meat, fry in vegetable oil until a crust forms, then place for 10-12 minutes in heated to 200about oven and cool. Finely chop the celery, leek, carrots and mushrooms and fry over low heat, season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with flour, fry a little more, then pour in the egg, mix well and, as soon as the mixture thickens, remove from heat and cool. Now grind the vegetable mixture with a blender and coat the meat with it on all sides, which we put on the dough rolled out to 3 mm.

  • Wrap the meat in dough, place in a baking dish and bake in an oven heated to 220 degrees until browning. Cool, chop and serve with or without your favorite side dish.
