Baked meat with pears

Ingredients

Meat 1 kg
Pears 1-2pcs.
Dry red wine 50g.
Honey 1 st. l.
Mustard ready 1h l.
Coriander beans 1h l.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Crush the coriander in a mortar.
  • Wash and dry the meat. Make cuts in increments of about 1.5 cm. Rub with salt and pepper.
  • Wash the pears, cut in half, remove the core. Cut into slices.
  • Put pear slices in the cuts. Leave for half an hour - lightly marinate.
  • Prepare the marinade - mix wine, honey, coriander, mustard. We lubricate the meat well with the marinade, trying to process the inner parts of the cuts. (I doubled the amount of ingredients for the marinade and marinated the meat with cuts overnight in a vacuum container).
  • Bake under foil at a temperature of 200C, depending on the type of meat, from 1 to 2 hours. Then remove the foil and, periodically pouring the resulting juice over the meat, wait for a golden crust.
  • Let it brew for 10 minutes and serve.
  • Very tasty and aromatic meat turned out!
