Class! How timely, and I'm just looking for a simple cupcake recipe!
Dr. Lena
mamontenok , thanks for the recipe! I probably have a very stupid question, is it just that you can't bake in paper molds?
mamontenok
Dr. Lena I haven't tried it myself, but when I bought them for the first time, I had the same question, to which the girls replied that no, they would blur. Although recently someone wrote that it is quite possible. I think it also depends on the test. By the way, I'm going to try everything myself, but somehow I forget everything.

All clear. As a thread I dare to try, there are small paper ones, so far no others

but just can't bake in paper molds?

No, they will spread. She was so smart herself. They fell on different sides of me, shifted and blurred.

Girls! There are silicone muffin cups, very cool. Advise

Metro has cheap paper muffin cups. I also tried without a form - it deforms and spreads. Sometimes, well, the standard 12 pieces don't work! 2-4 extra. I put paper molds in small cups and bake like that. Only it is better to put less dough so that it does not stick to the cup.
