Minced meat:
Cod fillet 600 g

Parmesan 80 g

White bread slice
Cream half a glass
Sauce:
Tomatoes 2 pcs.
Onion 1 PC.
Garlic 2 teeth

Cooking method

  • From flour, eggs, oil, water and salt, knead the dough, which is then divided in half and in half, stir in the cuttlefish ink. Pass the fish fillet through a meat grinder with the addition of garlic soaked in the cream of bread and stir in the yolk, cheese, butter, chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Roll out the dough into two thin layers, spread the filling on one layer and cover with a layer of a different color.

  • Form the ravioli. In the meantime, prepare the sauce. To do this, simmer finely chopped onion, garlic, tomatoes and a seafood cocktail in olive oil over low heat, salt and pepper. Add a chilli pod if desired. Boil the ravioli in salted water until tender and serve with the sauce.

They have almost no taste at all, well, only on a very, very sensitive nose - light sea. They even paint desserts with them. Regarding the colored dough - look at my recipes, I have several similar ones there - cake, cookies, right now pancakes hung up. Go for it!
