Ingredients

Wheat flour
(Lipetsk general purpose)
430 g
Wheat bran
(instead of harvested flour)
70 g
Warm water 370 ml
(40 ml more for bran)
Salt 1 tsp
(0.5 less than standard)
Brown sugar 1.5 tbsp. l. (18 g)
Linseed oil 20 g (2 tbsp. L.)
Yeast 1.5 tsp
Dry onion 10 g
Sunflower seeds 50 g

Cooking method

  • The basis was taken from Panasonic "regular white bread" size L
  • seeds and onions in a dispenser.
  • It rose remarkably, higher than the bucket, baked well.

Repeated experiment showed stable uplift. But this time the bran was 20 grams less (ran out), with the same amount of flour, and the bread is slightly wetter.
