Apple-cherry-coconut charlotte (Brand 37501)

Apple-cherry-coconut charlotte (Brand 37501)

Ingredients

egg 5 pieces.
sugar 1 stack.
flour 1 stack.
starch 1/2 cup
vanilla sugar, baking powder 1 sachet
apples 3 pcs.
frozen cherries 1.5 tbsp.
coconut flakes optional

Cooking method

  • I beat the eggs for a long time, white. Without ceasing to beat, slowly add sugar with a spoon and beat again until creamy, add vanilla sugar, starch and flour with baking powder.
  • I cut the apples into slices, I don't defrost the cherries. Grease the bowl with butter and lay out the dough and apples with cherries. You can mix it. Sprinkle with coconut on top.
  • This charlotte turns out to be completely airy. Sweet lovers can increase the amount of sugar, but I like not very sweet.
  • I baked in a Brand 37501 multicooker - 1 hour 25 minutes, opened it after 15 minutes.

MargushkaThank you very much for your feedback! I am very glad that I liked it! Another would be to look at her.
Today I also baked charlotte, dough too, and fruits - pear, orange and cherry.

I didn't have time to take a picture! I put coconut shavings on the finished charlotte, and put the cherries on a thin layer of dough! It turned out very nice!

Yes, coconut is very decorating. I forgot to sprinkle with coconut today, but the top is still very beautiful!
Sprinkle with coconut before baking.

Vika, I keep forgetting to write. Somewhere we discussed the settling of the filling in the charlotte in the presence of starch. Indeed, my apples and cherries also settled. Although when I do it as usual, without starch, it does not settle, it lies in layers, well, it happens with the dough, it mixes up and becomes akin. I can’t show it, I didn’t have time to take a picture, but in the section it was straightforward to see how the apples of the upper layer were striving downward. And why they do not live so well with starch But the dough rises to heaven And I had pink coconut flakes. I put a layer of apples on top of all the dough and sprinkled with shavings. The shavings lay and lay on top, and the apples stumbled. But the charlotte was eaten instantly, for it is very, very bite.

Ksyushka, you can be glad - in the pressure cooker with the same dough, the apples remain in place (did you see my charlotte in the topic with the pressure cooker?) Even the top apples that I put on top of the dough stayed in place.

Yes, Vika, I did. I am looking through the topic, as it is not difficult to guess. I just don't understand and realize much. My children are both ill and I will probably catch up with them, too. Now I looked at the rice porridge Admin and I can't remember what proportions you had, I'm getting old damn.

Vika, why add starch here? It's sooo delicious without it. What does he give here?

Zhenya, I like it with starch, the dough from the berries does not get wet. And just in the biscuit, I also add starch.
Rick
We must try to do so. I am somehow skeptical about the starch in the dough. Once I did something with starch, but failed. Since then I don’t make dough with starch. Apparently in vain. There are so many recipes with starch, already tested and, apparently, successful. So I will try.
Today, by the way, I made a cupcake according to your recipe (that is why). It's worth it, it's getting cold, haven't tried it yet. But the smell ...

Thank you, Zhenya, for trying the cake and at the same time reminding me that I used to bake it in an airfryer.
And you don't use starch in vain, I really like it.

Vika, and if the oven is in 6050, then in what mode (with pressure or with Baking) and for how long?
And I don’t like coconut, but you can add poppy instead of coconut, but not just a little on top, but normally so in the dough (Schaub lost weight faster) or can it badly affect the rise of the dough?

I bake biscuits in a pressure cooker on "rice", on "baked goods" they are drier, I don't like it. I never added poppy seeds to a biscuit, only to yeast dough, only today I baked it with poppy seeds and coconut at once. It seems to me that poppy cannot affect the rise of the dough.

P.S. "Chocolate on boiling water" in a pressure cooker turns out better on "baked goods"

I use Dr. Oetker sugar, there is 8g.
Arka
Gee-gee, I also have dr.oetker, but 15 g.
It would be great
Another question: an unusually large amount of flour and starch, is it really 1.5 cups?

I have never met 15g bags.
Why is it unusual1.5 tbsp. flour? there are five eggs. For three eggs, I take a glass of flour, otherwise it will smell like scrambled eggs.

Omelet?
Vika, I will bake in a soon-cartoon on a casserole without pressure. What time do you recommend?

Vika, I will bake in a soon-cartoon on a casserole without pressure. What time do you recommend?
I love biscuits in the Brand pressure cooker, I bake on the "rice" program, and charlottes are better on baked goods.
Arka
In general, I set to bake at 1:25.
Was hammered so that the hand ached

For 1 hour 25 minutes? in the cartoon? in which?
And I beat whole eggs to almost peaks with my mixer in three minutes.
Arka
In a short time, ourson on the casserole program (it is there for all baking, works without pressure)
Or a little 1:25?
I whipped it with my wireless brown, the button is not fixed there, you have to choke it all the time, and the speed is not very high. So I, as I learned from natapit, spent 12 minutes sausage so that it would not fall off when stirring, the foam was good!

In the Brand pressure cooker, the default pastry is 59 minutes.
And in three minutes, five whole eggs turn into a creamy mass.
Arka
So you have here in the recipe 1:25

It's in multicooker Brand 37501 !!!
in the pressure cooker, I set 1 hour.

Vika, thank you very much! The recipe is very successful! And I liked that it was not cloying.
It turned out to be a sooo fluffy charlotte, despite the fact that a sea of condensate poured onto it, it withstood it steadfastly, settled by only 1/3. The entire top was wet.
Charlotte turned out to be unexpectedly caramel color
She thought she was like this on the outside, but she cut it - she is the same color inside! Can you imagine?
I only baked with a glass of cherries, all the cherries crept to the bottom and burned there, but they are very bitter, so I poured them with bitter chocolate ganache - everything is fine!
These are the adventures!
It is necessary to master another mode, there is too much condensation on this!
Maybe try the "porridge"?
This was my 2nd trial of the speedy, so far no casualties

Honey, how glad I am !!! I was so worried.
Or maybe it's a matter of time, why did the cherry burn? In cartoons, the berry always falls down, even if you spread it on top, it will be below.
I baked biscuits on porridge and rice, the result is wonderful, but on baked goods it is rather dry. But apple charlotte on baked goods only turns out, on others it is not baked.
In general, according to this recipe, I often bake charlotte in the oven. I like the apples in it were a crescent and it was not tall, but BIG
Like these ones:Apple-cherry-coconut charlotte (Brand 37501)Apple-cherry-coconut charlotte (Brand 37501)

I mix the apples with the dough, pour it out, and on top I must stick the pear in slices into the dough.
Arka
Most likely, less time was needed, otherwise even the sugar caramelized, - I explained the red color so-so
Yes, in the oven, any baked goods come out well for me, but in the cartoons, something has not yet obeyed

I rarely bake, this is our forbidden fruit

Vichka, thanks for the recipe, the charlotte turned out to be very successful. I cooked it in a small Panasonic in terms of two eggs.
