  • Combine eggs and yolks with sugar and salt and beat with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mass increases in volume.
  • Add the starch and continue whisking until the dough thickens.
  • Pour in chocolate and stir.
  • Grease small ceramic tins with butter and fill them with dough almost to the top.
  • Send to a preheated oven for 12 minutes, then cool the finished fondant without removing it from the molds.
  • Carefully separate the edges of the dessert with a knife from the mold, remove the fondant, sprinkle with cocoa and serve with a scoop of ice cream or with whipped cream.
